Orthodontist Anastasia Pouliaki graduated from the School of Dentistry of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) in 2009. Soon- after she was granted her license as a general dentist.

In the following years she settled in England for postgraduate studies, which she completed at the Eastman Dental Institute of University College London. At the same time, she earned clinical experience working at a dental care provider.

After returning to Greece, she continued her studies with a master’s degree in Orthodontics (MSc in Orthodontics) at the School of Dentistry of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, while practicing at the Clinic of the University.

She completed her studies in 2016 with the successful elaboration of her dissertation [3D geometric morphometric analysis of mandibular shape and its association to facial height (using landmarks on images derived from Cone Beam Computed Tomography)]. This was followed by the recognition of her master’s degree as an Orthodontic Specialty after successfully passing the official exams of the Ministry of Health (K.E.S.Y.).

In addition to the above, she has a rich experience of research, publications and participation in conferences.

From January 2016 until today, she successfully runs a private practice in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.
