Orthodontic treatment cost
The cost of an orthodontic treatment can be affected by many factors. The most important are:
- complexity and severity of the orthodontic problem
- duration of treatment depending on the patient’s needs
- types of mechanisms used in each treatment (removable or permanent appliances), and more specifically the material and the degree of their complexity
In any case, the final cost of a treatment includes the total number of visits needed and the retainment period of the orthodontic effect, i.e. the necessary period after the removal of the appliance. The duration of this period varies from one treatment to another and, in some cases, can last up to two or three years.
We recommend that you check with your social insurance provider before your visit, as some providers cover at least a fraction of the cost of some orthodontic treatments
